Let's face it—sleep deprivation is pure torture. It turns us into cranky versions of ourselves, strains relationships, and drains the joy out of life.

My journey into the world of sleep started with a rocky beginning to parenthood. My son was born 12 weeks premature, spending his first months in hospital.

I was wrestled with guilt over those first months spent apart from him, I should be grateful he was home and that he only wanted to sleep on me.

But I was exhausted. I needed proper sleep to be able to be the parent I wanted to be!

That's when I delved deep into the realm of sleep, devouring books, diving into research, and tuning in to podcasts, all in search of a solution where we all slept.

I loved seeing the sleep theory I had learned put into practice. I saw so clearly how routine, alongside an optimal sleep environment and teaching the skill of falling asleep independently really worked. And with the bonus that I never left him to cry-it-out!

Returning to work, where my focus was squarely on enhancing the employee experience and coaching leaders through challenges, I couldn't ignore the impact lack of sleep had on well-being and decision making. It was crystal clear: something had to change. And that's when I made the decision to train as a Sleep Consultant, determined to offer support to other families struggling with sleep issues.

Babies deserve well-rested, thriving parents, and that's exactly what I'm here to help you achieve.

No crying-it-out tactics here. No finger-pointing or dwelling on supposed sleep "mistakes." You are the expert in your baby and I am here to bring the sleep expertise; together we are partners.

Every family and child is unique, which is why I build personalised plans.

I work with a limited number of families at a time to give you the best support possible.
