I’m a certified sleep consultant and I'm on a mission to make sure I help kids between 0-3 years old get the sleep they need. Because let's face it, when they sleep well, we all sleep well, right? Sleep isn't just some luxury—it's at the core of feeling our best!
My journey into the world of sleep started with my own wee guy, Ethan. He had his own schedule, being born prematurely at 27 weeks. NICU life meant I didn’t want to leave him alone crying ever.
Once discharged from NICU, I cherished those months of contact naps with him, but when it was time for me to jump back into work, reality hit. Running on fumes from all broken, sleepless nights, constant rocking to sleep and failed cot transfers - sonething had to change! And let me tell you, working in a high pressured role, in a fast-pace startup, I saw firsthand how many parents were in the same boat—running on empty and feeling the strain.
That's when it clicked. I had to do something. So, armed with my own sleep experiences, coaching others at work and a burning desire to know all there is about infant sleep, I knew I could make a difference and I dove into becoming a sleep consultant.
I get it, the struggle is real. Establishing those sleep routines for our little ones can feel like an uphill battle. I'm here to offer a compassionate and supportive approach to help you and your baby get much needed sleep!
